TMG DAE-800 RAID Ready Enclosure

 

The DAE-800 (Disk Array Enclosure) is designed specifically for RAID applications. It can be configured as a stand up tower or horizontal rackmountable unit. Each configuration provides a total of eight half-height 5.25"drive bays readily accessible from the front. The DAE-800 is configured with one-to-eight hot swap drive caddies.

The dual 300 watt power supply system of the DAE-800 is one of the highest quality fault-tolerant power supply systems available. (Optional, standard configuration single 300 watt power supply.) It offers true two way load-sharing and hot-swappable capability. If one of the power supplies should fail, the system produces an audible alarm and an LED signal, which would allow users to change failed power supplies without turning the power off. Three high capacity ball bearing fans keep the system operating in a cool environment. The back panel offers various cable connector options.

With all the features designed in by TMG, DAE-800 offers the most cost-effective RAID Ready Enclosure. Customer specified configurations and colors are available. Contact your sales representative for details.
